The harbour facilities upgrade project is designed to meet three objectives:
- Maintain secure harbour facilities adapted to the operational needs of the modernized plant;
- Ensure competitive procurement of raw materials for the Baie-Comeau aluminum smelter;
- Ensure a sustainable environmental solution for the rehabilitation of Anse du Moulin.
